Student Success Summit

These Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your participation in the Student Success Summit Affiliate Program hosted by The Mom Bosses.

By participating in the affiliate program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Note: Participation requirements and speaker expectations are outlined in your signed Speaker Agreement. The terms below specifically govern affiliate commissions and payouts.

1. Enrollment & Eligibility

1.1 Approval

Affiliate participation is available to approved Student Success Summit speakers only.

1.2 Minimum Age

Affiliates must be at least 18 years old.

1.3 Ethical Promotion

Affiliates agree to promote the summit honestly and ethically and comply with all applicable laws, including FTC disclosure guidelines.

2. Commission Structure

2.1 VIP Pass

Affiliates earn:

• 40% commission on every qualifying VIP Pass sale made through their unique affiliate link.

• 50% commission when an approved VIP Vault gift has been submitted.

Commission is only paid on completed, non-refunded purchases.

2.2 End-of-Summit Offer

Affiliates earn:

• 20% commission on qualifying end-of-summit offer purchases.

• 30% commission when an approved video testimonial has been submitted.

Commission does not apply to free summit registrations.

3. Affiliate Payouts

3.1 Payment Date

Affiliate commissions will be paid via PayPal on or before October 10, 2026.

3.2 Payment Method

All commissions are paid through PayPal.

Affiliates are responsible for providing an accurate PayPal email address before payouts are processed.

3.3 Refunds & Chargebacks

Any refunded purchase, disputed payment, or chargeback will result in the associated affiliate commission being reversed or removed.

4. Promotional Requirements

To remain eligible for affiliate commissions, speakers must complete the required promotional activities outlined in their Speaker Agreement.

This includes:

• Three (3) promotional emails

• Three (3) social media and/or community posts

• Promotion during the official campaign period beginning August 17, 2026

Failure to complete the required promotional obligations may result in forfeiture of affiliate commissions.

5. Affiliate Guidelines

Affiliates agree to:

• Promote the summit honestly and accurately.

• Clearly disclose affiliate relationships when required.

• Use only official promotional materials provided by The Mom Bosses.

Affiliates may not:

• Make false or misleading income claims.

• Use spam, deceptive marketing, or fake bonuses.

• Purchase through their own affiliate link to earn commissions.

• Run paid advertisements using The Mom Bosses or Student Success Summit brand names or trademarks without written permission.

6. Intellectual Property

Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use official summit graphics and promotional materials provided by The Mom Bosses.

These materials may not be altered without prior written permission.

7. Termination

The Mom Bosses reserves the right to remove any affiliate from the program for violating these terms or the Speaker Agreement.

Any unpaid commissions earned through fraudulent, deceptive, or prohibited activity will be forfeited.

8. Independent Contractor

Affiliates participate as independent contractors.

Participation in the affiliate program does not create an employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship.

No earnings or sales are guaranteed.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States.

10. Changes to These Terms

The Mom Bosses reserves the right to update or modify these Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions at any time.

Continued participation in the Student Success Summit Affiliate Program constitutes acceptance of the most current version of these terms.

By participating in the Student Success Summit Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions, in addition to your signed Speaker Agreement.
