Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

These Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your participation in the Paid & Present Summit Affiliate Program. By registering as an affiliate, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Note: Commission structures and eligibility are fully outlined in your signed Speaker Contract. The terms below serve as a general reminder and summary.

1. Enrollment & Eligibility

1.1 Application Process

To participate as an affiliate, you must submit an affiliate application. Approval is not guaranteed and is granted at the sole discretion of The Mom Bosses.

1.2 Minimum Age

You must be at least 18 years old to participate in the Affiliate Program.

1.3 Ethical Standards

Affiliates are expected to promote the summit ethically and honestly and must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.

2. Commission & Payouts

2.1 Commission Structure

Summit Upgrades (VIP + Replay Pass):
Affiliates earn 40–50% commission on qualifying summit upgrades generated through their unique affiliate link.

Your exact commission percentage is determined by:

• Your speaker level

• Whether you contributed to the VIP Vault

End-of-Summit Paid Offers:
Affiliates earn 20% commission on qualifying end-of-summit offers purchased by attendees they referred.

Commission does not apply to free ticket registrations.

2.2 Payout Timeline

All affiliate commissions will be paid on the 10th day of the following month to allow for payment processing and refund periods.

📅 Expected payout date:
On or before July 10th, 2026 for any sales during June.

2.3 Payment Method

All affiliate commissions are paid via PayPal only.
It is the affiliate’s responsibility to ensure their PayPal email is accurate at the time of signup.

2.4 Refunds & Chargebacks

If a customer requests a refund or initiates a chargeback, the associated affiliate commission will be voided or reversed.

3. Affiliate Responsibilities & Restrictions

3.1 Truthful Promotion

Affiliates agree to promote the Scalable SheEO Summit accurately and may not make false income claims, guarantees, or misleading statements.

3.2 Disclosure Compliance

Affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship in all promotional content in accordance with FTC guidelines.

3.3 No Paid Ads on Brand Terms

Affiliates may not run paid advertisements using:

• “Paid & Present Summit”

• “The Mom Bosses”

• Any brand name, trademark, or variation thereof

3.4 Prohibited Tactics

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Spam (DMs, emails, comments)

• Coupon or discount sites

• Fake bonuses or misleading offers

• Deceptive or manipulative marketing tactics

3.5 No Self-Referrals

Affiliates may not use their own affiliate link to purchase summit upgrades or paid offers for themselves.

3.6 Required Promotional Participation & Forfeiture of Commissions

Affiliates acknowledge and agree that participation in the Paid & Present Summit Affiliate Program is conditional upon completing all REQUIRED promotional obligations, as clearly outlined in the Speaker Contract and communicated during the application and onboarding process.

Required promotion includes, but is not limited to:

• Pre-Promotion (prior to the summit)

• Live Promotion (during the summit dates)

• Post-Promotion (after the summit, including final calls and replay promotion if applicable)

Failure to complete any of the required promotional components — including failure to submit required promo proof — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

➡️ In the event required promotion is not completed in full, the affiliate forfeits ALL affiliate commissions earned, including but not limited to:

• VIP upgrades

• Replay Pass sales

• End-of-summit paid offers

This forfeiture applies regardless of sales generated and is non-negotiable.

These requirements have been clearly disclosed since the application stage and are contractually binding. No exceptions will be made.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Limited License

Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use official Scalable SheEO Summit promotional materials provided by The Mom Bosses.

4.2 No Alterations

Logos, branding, graphics, and official materials may not be altered without prior written permission.

5. Termination

5.1 At-Will Termination

Either party may terminate participation in the Affiliate Program at any time, with or without cause.

5.2 Breach of Terms

Violation of these terms may result in immediate removal from the program and forfeiture of any unpaid commissions.

6. Liability & Relationship

6.1 No Earnings Guarantee

Participation in the Affiliate Program does not guarantee income or specific results.

6.2 Independent Contractor

Affiliates act as independent contractors. This Agreement does not create an employment, partnership, or agency relationship.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA.

8. Modifications

The Mom Bosses reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued participation in the Affiliate Program constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
