The Mom Bosses Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

These Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions govern your participation in the The Mom Bosses: Affiliate Program. By signing up, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Enrollment & Eligibility

1.1 Application Process – To join the Program, you must submit an affiliate application. Approval is not guaranteed and is at our sole discretion.

1.2 Minimum Age – You must be at least 18 years old to participate.

1.3 Ethical Standards – Affiliates are expected to follow ethical marketing practices and comply with all relevant local, national, and international laws.

2. Commission & Payouts

2.1 Commission Rate – Affiliates earn 50% commission on all qualified Black Friday Workshop sales made through their unique referral link.

2.2 Payout Timeline – Commissions are paid 7 days after the customer's payment is successfully completed (not on purchase date).

2.3 Payment Method – All affiliate commissions are paid via PayPal only.

2.4 Refunds & Chargebacks – If a customer refunds or disputes a charge, the related commission will be voided or reversed.

3. Affiliate Responsibilities & Restrictions

3.1 Truthful Promotion – You agree to promote Black Friday Workshop truthfully, without false claims or misleading information.

3.2 Disclosure Compliance – You must disclose your affiliate relationship in all promotional content, per FTC guidelines.

3.3 No Paid Ads on Brand Terms – You may not run paid ads targeting our brand name, including variations of “Black Friday Workshop” or associated trademarks.

3.4 Prohibited Tactics – Spamming, coupon site promotions, fake discounts, and deceptive marketing tactics are strictly prohibited.

3.5 No Self-Referrals – You may not use your own affiliate link to purchase products for yourself.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Limited License – You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use Black Friday Workshop promotional materials provided to you.

4.2 No Alterations – You may not edit or alter logos, trademarks, or branded materials without written permission.

5. Termination

5.1 At Will – Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time for any reason.

5.2 Breach of Terms – Violating these terms may result in removal from the Program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

6. Liability & Relationship

6.1 No Earnings Guarantee – Participation does not guarantee any specific earnings or results.

6.2 Independent Contractor – You are acting as an independent contractor. This Agreement does not create an employment or agency relationship.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the state of North Carolina, USA.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time. Continued participation in the Program after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
