The Mom Bosses Ecosystem – Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

These Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your participation in The Mom Bosses Ecosystem Affiliate Program (“Program”). By applying for or participating in the Program, you agree to the following terms.

1. Enrollment & Eligibility

1.1 Application & Approval
All affiliates must submit an application to join the Program. Approval is at the sole discretion of The Mom Bosses.

1.2 Minimum Age
You must be at least 18 years old to participate.

1.3 Ethical Marketing Standards
Affiliates agree to follow ethical marketing practices and comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.

1.4 Right to Remove
The Mom Bosses reserves the right to remove any affiliate from the Program at any time for violation of these Terms, misuse of brand assets, unethical behavior, or actions that do not align with our values or guidelines.

2. Commission Structure

2.1 Minimum Commission
Affiliates earn a minimum of 10% commission on qualifying offers across The Mom Bosses Ecosystem.

2.2 Tiered / Offer-Specific Commissions
Certain offers may pay higher commissions, up to 70%, as outlined inside the affiliate dashboard or individual offer pages.

2.3 Lifetime Referral Tracking
When a lead is referred using your affiliate link, they are permanently associated with you as the referring affiliate. You will earn commissions on any qualifying purchases they make in the future, provided the offer has an affiliate program attached.

2.4 Qualified Sale
A qualified sale is defined as a completed purchase that is not refunded, canceled, or charged back.

3. Payouts

3.1 Payout Timing
Affiliate commissions are paid out on the 10th of the FOLLOWING month of the customer’s successful payment, not the purchase date.

3.2 Payment Method
All commissions are paid via PayPal only. You are responsible for ensuring your PayPal email is accurate.

3.3 Refunds & Chargebacks
If a customer requests a refund or files a chargeback, the associated commission will be voided or reversed.

4. Affiliate Responsibilities

4.1 Truthful Promotion
You agree to promote The Mom Bosses and its offers honestly and accurately. No false claims, income guarantees, or misleading statements are permitted.

4.2 FTC Disclosure
You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship in all promotional content in accordance with FTC guidelines.

4.3 Brand Representation
You may not misrepresent yourself as an employee, partner, or owner of The Mom Bosses.

4.4 No Self-Referrals
You may not use your own affiliate link to purchase products or services for yourself.

4.5 No Incentivized Traffic
Offering cash rebates, unauthorized bonuses, or misleading incentives in exchange for purchases is prohibited unless explicitly approved in writing.

5. Prohibited Promotion Methods

Affiliates may NOT:

• Run paid ads targeting The Mom Bosses brand name or variations

• Bid on branded keywords

• Use spam email, spam DMs, or automated mass messaging

• Post on coupon or deal sites without approval

• Create fake scarcity, fake discounts, or false bonuses

• Use misleading URLs or domain names

Violation may result in immediate removal.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Limited License
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use approved promotional materials provided by The Mom Bosses.

6.2 No Alterations
Logos, trademarks, brand assets, and messaging may not be altered without written permission.

7. Program Changes

The Mom Bosses reserves the right to:

• Modify commission rates

• Add or remove affiliate-eligible offers

• Change payout schedules

• Update these Terms

Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any changes.

8. Termination

8.1 At-Will Termination
Either party may terminate participation at any time.

8.2 For Cause
Violation of these Terms may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

8.3 Post-Termination
Upon termination, all promotional use of The Mom Bosses branding must cease.

9. No Earnings Guarantee

Affiliate income varies based on individual effort, audience, and marketing skill. No income or results are guaranteed.

10. Independent Contractor Status

You are an independent contractor. Nothing in this Agreement creates an employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Mom Bosses shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to participation in the Program.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA.
